Carina Tucci strives to ensure that your Wild Journey is a positive experience. To aide this process, and protect all parties, the following Terms & Conditions apply.

INTRODUCTION: These Terms & Conditions cover all transactions between the Client and Carina Tucci. The Client is defined as the person purchasing the jewellery item(s) that can include, but are not limited to, ready to wear pieces, bespoke creations and remodelling. The Client is also referred to as “you”. Carina Tucci is defined as the entities Wild Cut Designs and CTW Jewellery Consultancy & Valuations (ABN 90 652 475 495). It is at the sole discretion of Carina Tucci to accept or decline any order.

PAYMENT: All pieces require a 50% non-refundable deposit payment before work commences. All pieces remain the property of Carina Tucci until payment in full is received.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY: You have two options for obtaining your completed piece:

- Hand delivery, available within Victoria; or

- Express Registered Post, within Australia.

If you require international postage, please contact Carina.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION: All pieces are made in consultation with you. Any changes in the design can be discussed prior to finalisation, and in line with a 50% non-refundable deposit payment. No cancellations or modifications are permitted after this time.

RESIZING: You are encouraged to review the Ring Size Guide to determine the correct sizing before finalising your order. Complimentary resizing is offered on custom pieces however, due to the unique nature of jewellery and gemstones, some sizing restrctions may apply.

​RETURNS & REFUNDS: All pieces are made to order and non-refundable. You will work in consultation with Carina to create a piece, just for you. You are encouraged to use this time to ask any and all questions you may have.  

WARRANTY & FAULTS: Each piece is carefully crafted from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of the hand-made process, a 12-month warranty is offered on all items from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover neglect or wear & tear, such as scratching. Carina reserves the right to inspect the jewellery before a warranty decision is made. Please refer to your Jewellery Care Card on how to maintain your pieces correctly.

INSURANCE: Q Report Jewellery Insurance offers Wild Cut Designs customers jewellery insurance. Benefits include cover for your jewellery when it is lost, stolen, damaged or disappears.

VALUATIONS: All bespoke pieces produced by Wild Cut Designs will be accompanied by formal documentation, either a Certificate of Authenticity or a Valuation. Carina is an accredited valuer.
